Poetry Reading at the National Poetry Library, London
Anne will be reading at the National Poetry Library on Wednesday 3rd April; the evening, lasting from 8pm – 9.15pm, celebrates the tenth birthday of Long Poem Magazine. Anne will join editors Linda Black and Claire Crowther, and poets Mimi Khalvati, Penelope Shuttle, Mark Goodwin, Timothy Adès and Adnan al-Sayegh. The event is free but ticketed.

Prose Poem Success
Anne’s prose poem ‘Running, I become’ (commended in the 2018 Magma Poetry Competition) is due to be published later this year in an anthology of prose poetry edited by Anne Caldwell and Oz Hardwick. https://prose-poetry.uk/thebook

Torbay Poetry Festival Competition
Anne’s poem ‘Portrait of My Father as a Ruined House’ has been Commended in the Torbay Poetry Festival Competition 2018.
Second Light Poetry Competition
Two of Anne’s poems – ‘Lucernarium’ and ‘The Singing Women of Duddo’ – have been Commended in the Second Light Poetry Competition 2018.
Poetry Workshop (Berwick Literary Festival)
Anne will be leading a writing workshop at the YHA, The Granary, Berwick-upon-Tweed, on Saturday 20 October, 9.45am – 12.15pm.
