First Prize in Second Light Poetry Competition (Long Poem Category)
Anne’s sequence Letters to Lisbon has won First Prize in the Long Poem Category of the Second Light Poetry Competition, judged by Wendy French. The five epistolary poems are addressed to Lisbon, where Anne had lived for several months before the pandemic enforced an early departure. Extracts of the poem will be published in ARTEMISpoetry Issue 33 in November. secondlightlive.co.uk

Poetry Workshop (Berwick Literary Festival)
Anne will be leading a poetry writing workshop at the Berwick Literary Festival on Thursday 10th October (10am – 12.30pm, to include personal writing time).
