Publication in Brittle Star
Two of Anne’s prose poems have been published in Brittle Star magazine, Issue 45.
Poetry Reading at the Scottish Poetry Library, Edinburgh
Anne will be reading at the launch of The Valley Press Anthology of Prose Poetry (Valley Press, 2019). The event takes place on Saturday 16 November from 2.00 – 3.30pm, at the Scottish Poetry Library, 5 Crichton’s Close, Edinburgh EH8 8DT. Other readers include poets Katrina Porteous, Samuel Tongue, Mark Russell and Mark Ryan Smith, and the anthology’s editors, Anne Caldwell and Oz Hardwick. Free but ticketed event.

Publication in Magma
Anne’s poem ‘The Tea Lady on Stambridge Ward’ is published in Magma 74, the ‘Work’ themed issue. She will be reading at the magazine’s launch event, to be held on Thursday 4th July from 6.30 – 9pm at Exmouth Market Centre, Exmouth Market, London EC3R 4QE.
Poetry Reading at Hexham Book Festival
Anne will be reading at the Hexham Book Festival on the evening of Sunday 28th April. Poet Linda France will present ‘Nine from the North: A Celebration of Women Poets’. Also reading are Anna Woodford, Christy Ducker, Cynthia Fuller, Ellen Phethean, Linda Anderson, Lisa Matthews and Pippa Little.
