Poetry Workshop (Berwick Literary Festival)
Anne will be leading a writing poetry workshop at St. Aidan’s Hall, Berwick-upon-Tweed, on Saturday 21 October, 10am – 12 noon. The theme is In Praise of the Ode. After reading a range of odes, with a particular focus on Neruda’s, there will be exercises to inspire new odes. Places are free but must be booked in advance through The Maltings (01289 330999 www.maltingsberwick.co.uk ).
Poetry Reading in Aberdeen
Anne will be the guest reader at Books and Beans (22 Belmont Street, Aberdeen AB10 1JH) on Thursday May 25th, 6.30 – 8pm. Gerard Rochford will also be reading and there will be an open mic session.
Poetry Workshop (Sounding Borders Project)
Anne will be leading a poetry workshop at Kelso Library on Saturday 6 May, 10am – 12.30pm. The theme is Domestic Service and participants will write imaginative responses to oral history recordings from Live Borders Archives. Places are free but must be booked in advance through Heritage Hub (01450 360699 / archives@liveborders1.org.uk ).

Long Poem Magazine Reading
Anne reads her sequence of poems, Dear Mr Millar, at the Long Poem Magazine reading (in association with the Fitzwilliam College Literary Society) at Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge.
